Advancing extraction technology, securing IP, and accelerating commercial momentum.

Highlights

  • Validation Pipeline Expansion With commodity prices hitting record highs, the market demand for new extraction solutions is massive. We’ve just wrapped another lab-scale copper project and are already spinning up the next to target a novel REEs deposit.

  • Finalized the ISR Modeling Platform We have finalized our new automatic techno-economic modeling platform for ISR. This is a strategic differentiator that lets us de-risk resources faster and cheaper than any other existing solution.

  • Sizing the Market We worked with a specialist data mining team for the mining industry to quantify the hidden value within the global copper landscape. Together we identified more than 276 resources & reserves at 2.16 Bt and more than 30 Mt of contained copper metal. These stranded resources & reserves are strong candidates for EK-ISR, and by converting these unmineable assets, EK-ISR will expand the current market capacity.

Technology Development and Testing

  • Rare Earth Elements We have kicked off initial sighter test work focused on REEs extraction with a major Australian player.

  • EK enhances conventional ISR We have completed a first proof-of-concept study showing that our hybrid EK-ISR could become a game-changer. By applying electrokinetics, we improved lixiviant access to ore and boosted copper extraction by over 10% from tailings held by a Tier 1 mining company. The same approach could be applied to gold, silver, uranium, and REEs.

  • IP Protection We have submitted a provisional patent for our proprietary electrokinetic process and system.

Commercial

  • Fundraising Thanks to our traction and strong tailwinds in the critical minerals market, interest in our Seed Round is heating up. We are currently deep in due diligence with several VCs.For us, this isn't just about capital. We are looking now for a lead partner whose vision aligns with our mission to introduce a truly transformative technology to the mining industry. We’re excited by the caliber of conversations we had so far and expect to anchor the round soon.

  • Pipeline We have signed an MoU with MBS Environmental, a leading Perth-based consultancy, to capture synergies in the gold tailings space. This partnership combines their deep industry networks with our tech, creating a new pathway for mine closure/remediation and value creation via gold recovery.

  • Industry Mentors We have welcomed two expert industry advisors to bolster our mining deal-making and commercial expertise:

    • Ivor Bryan - CTO of Draslovka, bringing 30+ years of operational and project management experience.

    • Cath Norman - Managing Director of BOA Resources, a senior leader with 30+ years of experience delivering high-impact projects globally.

Next Steps

Over the coming months, we are:

  • Finalizing permissions and drilling for our mid-year field trial here in Western Australia.

  • Scaling up test work on gold tailings for the field trial (50g to 500kg).

  • Completing initial lab feasibility work on a highly promising REEs clay deposit.

  • Finalizing our Seed Round.

  • Hiring new field engineers to execute on our upcoming trials.
